The ‘Astaire’ model was developed and designed by A.E. Schmidt Billiards in 2017. The aim with this model was to create a piece of furniture that could check the boxes for modern, transitional, or contemporary. The Astaire comes standard with an enclosed rail system and a beveled edge, decorative trim on the frame, and a solid wood jet out on the tapered leg – giving the foot of the table an elegant addition. Hence, we agreed the name Astaire would be fitting after the famous American dancer ‘Fred Astaire.”
