The Sound of Cowhide.
KAMUI ACE is the first cowhide tip from KAMUI. It is laminated from selected Japanese cow hide and comes in 14 mm, in Medium and Hard.
Built the KAMUI way
- Selected hide. From each hide, only the areas whose thickness and fiber meet the standard are used.
- Laminated. Cow hide is stacked sheet by sheet and compressed into a single layered body.
- Measured. Hardness is measured by compression test, and every piece is brought toward the center of the spec. Same grade, same feel on the next tip you install.
- One roof. Material selection, lamination, forming and inspection all happen at KAMUI's own factory in Hiroshima, Japan.
Choose your hardness
ACE is graded on the same KAMUI hardness scale as every other series.
- Medium (M): where most players begin. If you are not sure, start here.
- Hard (H): faster rebound, more power. One step harder reduces deformation, so your aim repeats.
